I’d like to start by saying that I have never really been someone who was very keen on living in hilly areas instead of the cities. Yes I liked the views the hills had to offer but to me the conveniences of the city life mattered much more. My adherence to staying in the city was so strong that I rejected many offers of getting any kind of investment done in any of the hilly cities.But this was all before I visited Chester Hills.

 

I have been a keen real estate investor for as long as I remember. I started by investing in smaller local units like shops, booths, one room apartments that presented good ROIs and were a safe and worthy investment.
